The projects mentioned here are just a selection.

Russian Federation (2012-2013)
Technical Assistance for Russia Energy Efficiency Program(REEP), launched by Nordic Investment Bank(NIB). VDWCONSULT participates as a communication consultant in a team of Grontmij AB Sweden, the Coordinating Consultant of this project. VDWCONSULT is responsable for supporting the marketing of REEP in the Russian Federation. A.o. a website for REEP has been developed.

Ukraine (2012-2015)
Promoting DemoUkrainaDH, a facility for the funding of energy efficiency demonstration projects in Ukrainian District Heating sector, established by Nefco and Sida in cooperation with the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Municipal Economy in Ukraine. VDWCONSULT participates as a communication consultant in a team of Grontmij AB Sweden, the Coordinating Consultant of this project. VDWCONSULT is responsable for the devlopment of a communication strategy, communication plan and communication means like a website and for the dessimination of information about the demonstration projects andenergy efficiency. Belarus (2010-2011)
Support to the Development of Local Self Government in Belarus. In this project of VNG International (in a consortium with SMORC (Czech Republic), MEPCO and the Lev Sapieha Foundation (Belarus) participated VDWCONSULT as a communication consultant. Activities: Advising citizens orgainizations on stakeholder analysis and stakeholder involvement with respect to water issues. Support for the development of a toolkit on communication and stakeholder participation.

Montenegro (2010)
Promotion and Enforcement of the Concept of Sustainable Development in Montenegro. In this Government to Government program assisted VDWCONSULT as member of a team of AgentschapNL the Offfice of Sustainable Development in Montenegro with the development of a communnication strategy to promote the concept of Sustainable Development.

Iran (2009)
Training and Capacity Building for the Water and Waste water Sector in Iran, UNESCO-IHE,Delft, The Netherlands & Power and Water University of Technology, Teheran, Iran. Activities performed: Training on Public Relations in the Water Sector.

Uzbekistan,Tadjikistan (2009)
GAC Squad Operational Assignment Promoting consumer orientation and demand management to improve WSS quality and efficiency of service delivery in Bukhara and Samarkand municipalities, World Bank. Activities performed: Workshops, advising on accountability and customer orientation, assessment of complaint handling mechanisms.

Romania (2006-2007)
Participation in the project Establishing Priorities for the Measures to rehabilitate Heavily Modified Waterbodies as Awareness Raising/Public Awareness Specialist especially involved in Public Participation. EVD Agency for International Business and Cooperation, The Netherlands financed this project and it was executed by a team of Euroconsult Mott MacDonald together with the management team of the Banat Water Directorate at Timisoara.

Ghana (2006)
Stakeholder Consultation with respect to the Management Contract of Vitens International/Rand Water Services for Ghana Water Plc.,Ghana.

Pakistan (2005-2006)
Participation as a Communication Expert in the project Government of Punjab Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Reform in Pakistan. VDWCONSULT was in a team of Fichtner, Germany responsible for Stakeholder Consultation. The project was financed by the IBRD.

Armenia (2005)
Public Awareness/Public Relations expert in the project Armenia PPIAF-Consulting Services: Assisting in Development of a Public Outreach Program for the Public Services Regulatory Commission. VDWCONSULT was member of a team of SPAN Consultants,The Hague. The project was financed by the World Bank.
